How long will it take to get set-up?
Once you have completed the registration form, our users are generally fully registered and up and running within 2~3 weeks.
Can you help me through the set-up process?
Yes! Our experienced staff can walk you through the entire registration process, and provide pre-filled paperwork. All you need to do is sign.
How long do claims take to get approved?
This varies by health fund, but around 50% are paid in less than 2 working days, and the vast majority within a week.
How do I get paid?
Payments are made straight into your nominated bank account from Eclipse. FreshClaim does not act as a middleman, and has no access to your account.
